FINE BEANS
Bobby beans and fine beans are two different varieties of Phaseolus vulgaris. Fine beans (Haricots verts, French for “green beans”) are a variety of green beans which are longer, thinner, crisper, and tenderer than the regular green bean.

BABY CORN

ONION SHALLOTS
Onion Shallots is a cultivar of onion, classified as Allium ascalonicum, a different species till 2010. The correct name of this particular species is A. cepa. Interestingly, its siblings include garlic, chives, Chinese onions, leeks, and more. It is believed that these were originated in Southwest Asia or Central Asia. And thereafter they were brought to Subcontinent as well as the Mediterranean. The name shallot is taken from the “Ashkelon” an old city where it is believed that these have been originated from most of the Greeks in the old times.

BABY EGGPLANTS
Baby eggplants are petite with varying shapes from short and stout to slightly elongated and narrow, averaging only 5-7 centimeters in length.
